Hello everyone, I’m Aadithya. I’ve completed my MBA from Asan Institute of Management, with a specialization in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Logistics. I’ve always been curious about how businesses function and how financial decisions shape both organizational success and the larger economy.I chose to pursue an MBA to strengthen my analytical, strategic, and managerial skills. During my studies, I gained practical exposure through internships, projects, and case studies, which helped me develop a solid understanding of problem solving, financial planning, clear communication, and teamwork.Currently, I work as a Financial Analyst at WNS, Capgemini. My role involves handling budgeting, tracking and analyzing variances, billing and invoicing, processing credit memos, and maintaining financial trackers. This experience has given me hands on exposure to core finance operations, client facing processes, and structured reporting, helping me contribute effectively to financial stability and growth.
