   Manufacturing engineer working on design, build, and activation of new methalox rocket engine production facilities, initially focusing on turbopump balancing and assembly integration. Responsible for assembly line layout, process workflows, work order and engineering master instructions, custom tooling design, and assembly machine design and/or procurement (including rotor balancing machines, heating/cooling systems, hydraulic systems, and assembly line tools/tooling). Responsibilities also include ensuring piece part and assembly level form, fit and function requirements are validated via appropriate inspections and acceptance tests, while leveraging labor and machine metadata to minimize extraneous work and accelerate production schedules in advance of vehicle operational cadence pickup. Lastly, my value-add focus is on leveraging pre-existing test and launch experience to rethink production operations tribal knowledge, suggest and implement hardware design changes, and accelerate the production line from top to bottom.
