NEC4 Site Supervisor, ensuring works on-site are delivered safely, to standard, and in full compliance with NEC contract requirements and approved designs.Develop and review detailed design solutions, general arrangement drawings, and technical specifications for a range of civil infrastructure projects.Conduct site inspections and condition assessments to inform data-driven maintenance and improvement strategies.Analyse accident data and traffic patterns to propose safety enhancements including updated road markings, signage, and highway alignments.Support sustainable transport projects by contributing to the design and planning of active travel infrastructure and public transit improvements.Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to prepare Bills of Quantities and Specification Appendices for cost planning and tendering.Design drainage solutions, including gully spacing calculations and flood mitigation systems, in line with DMRB standards and local authority requirements.Oversee and work with teams of apprentices and graduates, encouraging a collaborative environment focused on quality delivery and professional development.Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project alignment and resolve technical issues on-site.Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations to local authorities, offering actionable recommendations for infrastructure upgrades.Produce SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) plans for inspections and site visits to support safe and compliant project execution.Use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and design standards (DMRB, MCHW, Traffic Signs Manual) to support efficient and accurate project delivery
