I am a data scientist and researcher specializing in applying machine learning techniques to early cancer detection in digital pathology. Having spent the past 6 years working on data management and analytics, I have gained experience in building data pipelines, implementing deep-learning-based computer-vision models in digital pathology to organize large data sets, building tools in Python and SQL to analyze and automate financial data, and aiding development of a large-scale research-oriented imaging database.
