HR Trainee | MSW (HRM)| IR | CSR & Impact Assessment | Employee Engagement Currently an HR Intern at Spark Minda, I am pursuing my MSW in HRM from Karve Institute of Social Service, Pune. My experience spans HR operations, employee relations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives across leading organizations. Previously, I worked as an HR Intern at Lear Corporation Pvt. Ltd, Chakan, where I gained hands-on experience in HR processes, workforce management, and compliance. Additionally, as a impact assessment at Bharat Forge Ltd. project at Wagholi, Ahmadnagar and Urdhvam Environmental Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Daund, I contributed to impact assessment, water management, and sustainability projects. I also led organ donation awareness and public health initiatives as a Project Coordinator at Komal Newlife Foundation. My fieldwork with Vicharvedh Foundation, YouthAid Foundation, and Lighthouse Communities focused on education, student development, and social impact.
