I’m an Industrial Engineer passionate about driving operational excellence through data-backed decision-making, lean methodologies, and efficient production systems. With hands-on experience in CNC workflow planning, ERP/MRP systems, and manufacturing optimization, I’ve contributed to cost savings, lead time reduction, and quality improvements across metal manufacturing and product development environments.My journey has spanned roles in production planning and manufacturing engineering, where I’ve led initiatives in- Scheduling & capacity planning for high-mix, low-volume CNC operations- Implementing Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce process waste and boost throughput- Designing manufacturable CAD models integrating sensors and ergonomic features- Collaborating cross-functionally with design, quality, and supply chain teamsMost recently, I applied these skills to an IoT product development project on Enhanced Smart Hydration Bottle, where I led CAD modeling, sensor integration, and prototype validation.I’m continuously exploring ways to bridge engineering design with real-world efficiency.
