   As the Regional Head of Safety and Security for the APAC region at Worldline, a global leader in payment and transactional services, I\'m responsible for leading all aspects of safety and security—ensuring the well-being of our employees, protecting company assets, and maintaining the continuity of critical operations. I leverage my two decades of experience to navigate dynamic security challenges, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop resilient security systems.My role includes oversight of incident management processes, ensuring swift identification, containment, and resolution of security events. I lead and execute comprehensive safety and security assessments, including on-site audits of data centers across all APAC locations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry best practices through direct, physical inspections.I collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing targeted mitigation strategies. I also drive the preparation and continuous enhancement of emergency response and business continuity plans, ensuring organizational readiness for any disruption.A significant part of my responsibilities includes managing internal and external ISO 27001 and PCI DSS audits, maintaining our security certifications and ensuring strict adherence to global standards. I oversee the regular review and refinement of safety and security policies in line with evolving threats, compliance needs, and operational goals.Additionally, I coordinate crisis management protocols, lead due diligence activities, and facilitate security and safety training programs to enhance team response capabilities. I also manage travel risk assessments and mitigation plans, ensuring employee safety across regional movements.
