I am an experienced public sector economist with a diverse professional background spanning roles in DCMS, DSIT, and DBT. I have had roles ranging from shaping regulatory proposals to navigating the impacts of global events on supply chains. I have a passion for evidence-based policy making, with a keen focus on developing countries, particularly within the realms of health and education.Equipped with technical proficiency in Python, R, Stata, and Excel, honed through various analytical projects in government, I am adept at leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making and drive impactful change.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to fostering inclusive and supportive environments wherever I go. As a former representative for Assistant Economists, I played a pivotal part in welcoming and integrating new starters, fostering a vibrant community spirit within the department. I have a strong academic foundation, including a first-class in BSc Economics from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Economics for Development at the University of Oxford. I\'m keen to share my knowledge and expertise with others, whether that be through guidance or teach-in presentations in the workplace.
