Budget analysis and Forecasting – Estimating the budget for the employees going on International assignments (Short Term, Long Term, and Commuter) based on policies and standards and forecasting the cost to the client. Processing of Invoices-Benefit payments made in either the home country or host country currency, as requested by the employee and in accordance with the client\'s policy. Payments are tracked in the client’s assignment management database. This includes assignment reimbursements, invoice processing, and third party vendor payments. Compensation Review Project - It is done in order to insure whether the assignee allowances has been accurate and whether the expense which has been reported by the third party vendor is correct. Undertaking Year-end Process for the ongoing projects, which includes interaction with various client contacts. Use Global Advantage (Oracle Application) to facilitate administration of international assignment and increase efficiency that includes resolving the issues and understanding the client requirements. Update paper files/Global Advantage/databases/tracker with any new assignee information
