Managing multiple projects and business change initiatives within the English Product group (Assessment)• Ensuring appropriate governance, effective project management processes, risk and issue management, communications planning, stakeholder mapping and analysis, RACI, RAG status and change control• Working in collaboration with the Project Delivery and Programmes & Business Analysis Team, and the wider organisation (including Business Analysts, Portfolio Office and UAT) in the development of processes and procedures, process improvement activities, tools and templates and also in developing opportunities for further iteration and improvement• Analysing project status and, when necessary, working with project teams to revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met and engaging with relevant governance groups for approvals, where needed• Establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks and issues• Regularly monitoring budget and resources to ensure project efficiency and maximisation of deliverables• Working across wide stakeholder groups, establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders by providing necessary updates on project status and changes• Reporting project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues, as necessary
