ABOUT ANGELICA ALDANA

I lead Learning and Organizational Development efforts focused on building scalable, practical programs that strengthen leadership, improve team effectiveness, and support long-term organizational growth. In my current role, I partner across HR, operations, and executive leadership to design and deliver development initiatives that reach over employees across multiple locations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating business needs into structured, repeatable programs that drive real behavior change. A few areas I focus on: Building leadership development programs that support internal mobility and readiness Designing learning experiences that are embedded into day-to-day work, not one-time events Facilitating sessions that help leaders align, communicate effectively, and take action Creating systems, tools, and processes that make development scalable and sustainable I’m especially interested in how learning, team effectiveness, and organizational design come together to improve performance at scale. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
