Responsibilities: Lead teams to achieve and maintain a 5-star Rating.Maintain and oversee a record of EHO reports, Safety auditor reports and ensure the Operational teams are provided the support ensuring their sites are operating in a safe manner.To follow up any shortcomings in educational set ups, schools and other catering establishments and action workable solutions as required.Carry out internal safety audits, investigate accidents and incidents and escalate to the Central Ops.Lead teams to ensure risk assessments (occupational, manual handling, personal protective equipment) are updated, audit reports are followed up and ensure the highest levels of compliance driving continuous improvement.Manage the team supporting development and training needs where appropriate.To produce reports for the clients based on these audits and inspections.To conduct new mobilisation / client set up visits.To carry out specific training.To provide advice and consultancy information for clients.To complete allegation of food poisoning, allergic reaction and foreign body investigations digitally and in person at client premises.To provide feedback to as per the situation and requirement.To respond to specific instructions/requests from the Operations Director.
