A large learning curve stepping into this role to lead project management of NUESS\'s 11th Energy Conference and other events to strengthen NU’s energy presence. Through this, I looked to prioritize relationship management among 15+ industry partnerships, 10+ professors, and NU bureaucracy. We increased interdisciplinary cross-club outreach to engage existing or future energy leaders on campus. Additionally, I coordinated delegation efforts and managed a diverse E-Board team to meet conference planning deadlines and ensure the conference\'s success.
