Design experiments to study cystine crystallization through different induction mechanisms to inform Root CauseAnalysis (RCA) for a late-stage tech-transfer media precipitation issue and guide CAPA strategies. Develop a correlation between turbidity, packed cell volume, and amino acid concentration to enable easierprecipitate quantification at manufacturing scale. Build a neural network model with a hybrid modelling approach (data-driven parametric outputs as inputs forphysical ODE models) using Keras for cell culture optimization workflows. Assemble and operate 2L bioreactors using DeltaV for process development and media optimization studies.
