If there’s one thing I’ve always been curious about, it’s people, how we think, what drives us, and why we behave the way we do. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Resource Development at Christ University, building on my undergraduate degree in Psychology, where I graduated as a Gold Medalist and was honored with the University Achiever’s Award. Safe to say, I like doing things properly… and maybe a little competitively.My interest lies in the world of Human resources, especially Learning & Development, HRBP, and People and Culture, where understanding human behavior isn’t just interesting, but impactful. Basically, I enjoy connecting the dots between people and performance. Outside of that, I absolutely love public speaking.
