ABOUT ALI SIDDIQUI
I specialise in digital strategy, designing and implementing operating models as well as delivering enterprise-wide technology-enabled transformation for my clients. I have primarily operated in the Central Government, Policing and Health team, but have also advised on several major reform programmes for clients in the retail and finance.I am PwC’s global Enterprise Architecture lead, and have also been responsible for building out PwC’s CTO team that develops methodologies on how PwC should harness technology delivery models for our client’s complex challenges and transformations. My particular expertise is helping clients design the capabilities to convert high-level strategic commitments into practical operating models that deliver real-world impacts for users.
