About Sadiq A
My colleagues and friends appreciate me as a person with innovative mind, more than a researcher and academician. I have four patents in my name. I am very much interested to analyse the behaviour of students to deliver customized class for them. I had always obtained teaching index of more than 95% throughout my academic career. I have also developed a new surface finishing process “Magnetorheological Abrasive Honing” as part of my Research work. I have also developed an innovative active learning method for University Classes, named ‘Flip-class based group quiz’. I have special skill to foresee and identify potential problems/ difficulties in realising the new ideas brought to me by innovators, and thus can guide them to implement in reality. I am in the field of Mechatronics and product design & development since 2010. I have a dream of starting product development centre with the brand name of any university and am searching for such an opportunity.
