Taking on an all encompassing role that takes a manufacturing project from conception to final PPAP sign off and serial production.This involves managing all stages of the project, establishing stakeholders, liaising with all tiers of management and providing updates / recommendations to the customer.Vast experience performing all technical functions of the proposed manufacturing concept at each stage from asset choice; creating part models; fixture design; programming and also ensuring inspection and quality requirements are satisfied and customer specifications are met.Considerations to cost and RFT are taken at all stages and now have a consistent track record of bringing products to successful implementation whether it be NPI or through continuous improvement principles.Fluent with many tier 1 OEM\'s (Rolls, Royce, Safran, Siemens) and their engineering requirements and specifications.Every effort is now taken to impart my knowledge / experiences on to other team members providing mentoring and support to make the learning curve less steep and to establish best practices in the business.
