I am a Senior Salesforce Administrator with almost ten years of hands-on experience helping organizations get the most out of their Salesforce platform. I have supported fast paced environments like Pax8, SAS US, and UpEquity where I worked as the Salesforce subject matter expert and partnered closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to build smarter processes and better automation.I am comfortable managing busy orgs, high volume lead flow, multi sandbox setups, and large data updates. I enjoy using tools like Flows, Lightning configuration, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Distribution Engine, Conga, GitHub, Copado, and DevOps Center to create systems that are easier for users and more reliable for the business. I have worked across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Cloud, and NPSP which has made me adaptable in a lot of different environments.My goal is always to make the CRM experience smoother, cleaner, and more intuitive while reducing manual work wherever possible. I love solving problems, building solutions, supporting users, and learning new skills that make me a stronger administrator.
