Benefit Calculations, Time summary,FTEs (Full Time Equivalents) and Other KPIs.From Time dump & Project Codes in the Excel applyingXLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, OR, AND, SUMIF/S, COUNTIF/S,AVERAGE, SQL. Insertion of Tables, Pivot Table, Slicer.Basically, Client Company’s accounts are North Americancompanies with diversified Sector, Both for their Onshore & Offshore as well as Subcontractor account end-to-end. At theend we calculate what is the potential benefit under threethemes Pyramid Optimization, People Assets, RevenueMaximization.As it is a monthly activity, I also work under target, and achieving target & Accuracy within the stipulated Time Frame. And later, there will a panel discussion and Power BI Presentation with all relevant stakeholders to make a Meaningful decision
