About Ali Khani
Hello there! I\'m Ali Khani, a Computer & Data Science double major at the University of California, Berkeley. I teach UC Berkeley\'s CS 61B (Data Structures), holding my own discussion and lab sections, facilitating office hours, hosting and presenting at Project Parties, and providing student support for nearly students in the class on projects, homeworks, labs, and exams. I\'m the Head of Technology at UC Berkeley\'s Muslim Student Association, where I oversee all of the organization\'s operations in building out tech projects to address the needs of Muslim-focused organizations across the greater Bay Area, delivering innovative educational initiatives to serve underrepresented communities, and hosting workshops and speaker panels on campus to promote Muslim professional development in the tech sector. In my free time, I enjoy photography, Star Wars, roadtrips, tennis, waffles, and sipping on the extraordinary Dulce de Leche lattes at Gold Bean Cafe. Currently, I\'m building the Muslim Tech Collaborative at Berkeley — stay tuned this Fall for more on that.
