I serve as Practice Group Leader for Frost Brown Todd’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group. We are a nationally focused practice, having represented debtors, creditors, purchasers, lenders, and other interested parties in almost every large commercial bankruptcy in the country. Additionally, we represent parties in workouts and out of court restructurings, and we have expertise in supply chain distress.
