A Leg To Stand On (ALTSO) provides free prosthetic limbs, orthotic braces, and appropriately fitted wheelchairs to children with limb disabilities in developing countries. Since 2003, we have transformed the lives of more than CoolKids across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.Our mission is to provide every CoolKid treated under our programs with high-quality, continuous care through age 25, offering them the physical capabilities needed to access the opportunities and self-esteem earned through education, independence, and mobility.
