My primary focus is to establish NCG LLC as a world class operation with offices throughout North America and Abroad. Our permanent staffing division is well known for providing qualified candidates across many industries. Our niche is assisting our clients with diversifying their organization and identifying top level minorities and women for key positions. Our training division was one of the premier training companies for General Motors North America, focusing on \"Work Place Violence\". We offer human relations training in: Effective Leadership, How to Manage and Promote Cultural Diversity, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment and Effective Communications Skills. I look forward to building my network and establishing relationships with HR Directors and Managers throughout the U.S and Canada.
