Lead a team of 25 accountants onshore to maintain day-to-day financial operations and ensure the company\'s financial health. Manage relationship with BPO provider to ensure team of 50 offshore accountants are effective and accurate. Direct monthly closing procedures and manage various accounting processes to ensure compliance with GAAP. Prepare investor basis and GAAP financial statements and reports to help interpret the company’s financial position. Assist with monthly variance analysis and MOR preparation. Assist with lender compliance, including review of DSCR calculations. Manage year-end audits. Implement, maintain and reinforce a system of internal controls to ensure SOX compliance.
