Daily Operations Delivering key details about DMF (Digital Maturity Fund) by holding webinars and workshops Planning work schedules regarding maternity bids sifting and assessment, while managing all inbox queries Assisting senior programmes by writing board papers with updates for board meetings Holding regular meetings with regional team leads, to discuss progress and challenges Track funding of spend by providers and delivering reports including development of dashboards for all seven regions, while providing overall summaries Notable Achievements Successfully assessed digital maturity levels across services in England, after drafting and publishing DMA (Digital Maturity Assessment) and RFI (Request for Information) questionnaires Received DMA responses from all 127 trusts by using negotiation skills Key participant in bidding process of maternity funds (£42m), by updating digital maturity for maternity providers, and received close to 140 bids for funding Received key updates by establishing timetable and successfully analysed important milestones, while offering solutions to challenges Gauged benefits from maternity funds, spent by trusts, by holding ‘benefits realisation’ exercise Created strong working relationships with stakeholders, such as DHSC, directors of maternity services, midwives, senior programme managers, and transformation and change managers in multiple trusts Received personal recognition from senior managers in line with meeting all tight milestones and sent out regular, up to date communications to all stakeholders Worked on a small project between April and May 2021 for the Secretary of State; to replace the use of pagers in the NHS, by organising / analysing information and presenting this as dashboard
