HR Strategy & OperationsOversee the full range of HR functions, including onboarding, induction, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes.Maintain accurate employee data and records in HR systems.Work closely with consultants and external HR service providers to ensure smooth collaboration and effective delivery of HR solutions.Ensure all HR policies and labor laws are followed, reducing compliance risks.2. Employee Relations, Retention & EngagementBe the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.Design and lead employee engagement programs to build a positive and inclusive work culture.Conduct regular employee connect sessions and feedback surveys.Track attrition and implement employee retention strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.3. Performance & Talent ManagementLead and coordinate the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.Monitor and support performance improvement plans (PIP) with proper documentation and follow-up.Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent.Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning and development with organizational goals.4. HR Analytics & Continuous ImprovementPrepare HR dashboards and MIS reports on headcount, attrition, leave trends, and other key metrics.Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.Recommend and implement process improvements to make HR operations more efficient and employee-friendly.Lead HR projects and initiatives with creative, out-of-the-box solutions tailored to business needs.
