Minimize uncertainty, avoid any unwanted surprises, and involve clients in the project as much as possible and know how to maintain effective communication and keep the company’s clients up-to-date.The ability to estimate all types of building projects, including federal project, facility, healthcare, interiors and institutional projects. Knowledge of suitable contractors and suppliers for all types of projects and familiar with both union and merit shop contractors. The knowledge of typical pricing for project types above and able to take concept and schematic drawings and develop a meaningful estimate with detail. Also, familiar with the use of On-Screen Take-off software program.
