I’m a final-year Civil Engineering student at NIT Warangal with a Management minor, currently working as a Summer Intern at Godrej Properties. My internship has given me valuable on-site exposure to construction operations, where I’ve focused on identifying and analyzing root causes of reworks in the finishing stage—a critical aspect of maintaining quality and efficiency in real estate projects. Prior to this, I explored marketing in the social sector through an internship with Pawss Foundation. It was a completely different space, but one that taught me how communication and strategy can drive real impact when aligned with purpose. This combination of experiences—from managing technical challenges on a construction site to driving outreach in a non-profit—has helped me build a well-rounded perspective. I’m particularly drawn to roles where problem-solving, coordination, and quality improvement come together to create something meaningful and lasting. I\'m keen to keep learning and contribute to projects that demand both structure and sensitivity—be it in construction, management, or beyond.
