Data Engineering - Created production data pipelines that ingest and process petabytes of experimental in vitro data. Ray and Modal-based orchestration of thousands of GPUs running image embedding and segmentation models.Data Tooling - Built out our backend ML services and stood up our data warehouse. Shipped the internal tooling site for data monitoring and model evaluation.
