Assisting Product integrity, Project managers, TechPubs, FQE, SQE, AME, Assembly. Approving removals, warranty, and repair claims. Evaluating removal and repair data to decide primary failure reason. Monitoring reliability and failures for proactive investigation. Carrying out RCCA investigations to find out supplier issue, assembly or repair lapse, design issue. Reviewing Spectrometric Oil Analysis reports to identify engine wear out. Creating & improving technical procedures viz. LMM, CMM, SB, SIL, IRM, SPM, FIM, MOT. Providing customers with one time repair authorization or continuation allowance. Identifying material saving & cost Saving opportunities. Working on Product improvement and Process improvements. Creating Knowledge Articles for future case resolution. Customer Support:(Textron, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream and NetJets) Providing technical resolution and assistance to operators and OEMs. Conduct regular meetings with Dassault, Gulfstream and NetJets for product & process improvements. Assisting OEMs in creating a response to the operators for failure events. Reviewing TOME3 and reportable events. Presenting and assisting during customer webinars and global customer meetings. Tools: Teamcenter, SAP, NX, Salesforce and various other Honeywell tools.
