As a Manager I have developed myself using my knowledge and skills in order to become an asset to my employer. I have learned to become an Innovative and results-oriented professional with 12+years of progressive supervisory experience in performing preventative, predictive and routine production tasks. Deadline driven, quality focused team player who excels in troubleshooting issues while motivating employees to accomplish goals. Enthusiastic individual and an excellent communicator (bilingual) recognized for the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across cross-functional teams and diverse individuals at any level. I have made for myself a Reputation for taking technical, complex projects from inception to completion with the Ability to streamline procedures that improve safety levels, productivity and control costs.
