In my roles in business intelligence and data analytics I have been responsible for providing accurate and timely insights into business operations, performance, and trends. My work has involved locating, profiling, cleaning, extracting, mapping, importing, transforming, validating, or modeling data from multiple source systems. I analyze datasets comprised of complex demographic, clinical, and outcomes data to create reports and dashboards, and present findings to senior management. A significant portion of my work has involved reporting on data for university and government contracts. I also act as a subject matter resource to divisional and state leadership regarding outcomes measures, data analysis, and quality measures.I identify trends, patterns, and offer insights through Excel Visuals and Power Bi Dashboards to drive business decisions. As the principal Analyst for the organization I develop and implement data-driven strategies and recommendations to improve business operations and performance. I have been solely responsible for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reporting of Key Performance Indicators for use by the Executive Suite and Board of Directors to inform decision making. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions. I create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to serve as tools for senior management team to make daily decisions. I monitor and improve data quality by identifying data inconsistencies, errors, and gaps. I have been involved in the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and data mapping documentation. I support the development and implementation of business intelligence tools, processes, and standards.
