The 7 Rivers Alliance is committed to uplifting Wisconsin communities by offering strategic planning services that support long-term growth and development. These services guide organizations through a structured process—assessing current conditions, identifying strengths, opportunities, challenges, and setting clear goals and strategies. In essence, it’s a collaborative SWOT analysis that results in an actionable plan for the future.This initiative began in the summer of 2024 with strategic planning sessions in Jackson County. Since then, it has expanded across the region, with roundtable discussions and meetings taking place in six Wisconsin counties: Jackson, Monroe, Trempealeau, Vernon, Juneau, and La Crosse.In summer 2025, we are once again accepting applications for strategic planning support. We encourage communities and organizations across our region to apply for assistance in developing strategic plans focused on community-wide economic growth or organizational improvement.
