Peter is a Building Surveyor who joined Summers-Inman in 2013 after achieving a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying at Northumbria University. He also has a National Diploma in Construction and a Foundation Degree in Building Surveying. He is currently undertaking assessment to become a Chartered Member of the Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a Charter Member of the Royal Institute of Surveyors (MRICS).Peter is an accomplished Building Surveyor, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Designer and pre and post Contract Administrator of refurbishment and fitting-out projects for various clients.He has vast experience of condition surveys, planned preventive maintenance surveys and measured surveys on large scale commercial buildings.
