With over employees in 550 operations across 45 countries, we work with large and small companies across different sectors to support and improve their logistics operations. As Vice President of Operations within the Contract Logistics Group (Warehousing and Distribution Solutions), in charge of 30+ facilities encompassing 5.5 million square feet around the United States. Responsible for upwards of 2,500 indirect reports, via 2 Senior Directors and 6 Regional Directors. Opened 6 new facilities in 2022 totaling 1.4 million square feet. Led design and implementation of organizational structure for 5 facility mid-west campus. Facility operations include- Transloading - Warehousing - Pick, Pack, Ship Operations - Cross Border and Freight Forwarding Operations - Cross Dock - Reverse Logistics Operation
