Responsible for staff recruitment, development and promotion; as well as supervision of national third party management contracts. Work directly with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing to achieve positive positioning of the portfolio within the REIT to achieve long term goals. Coordinate monthly/quarterly reporting, annual budgeting and reconciliations with managers for ownership; consolidate engagement of vendors to achieve maximum value and coverage for the portfolio; direct communication with National tenants to foster long term relationships; and coordination across departments to streamline and improve processes.
