   Support non-profits and schools in Texas by providing virtual and in-person financial education and support. • Define comprehensive community financial education needs (including individual and family, career guidance and small business/entrepreneurial efforts).• Create and facilitate financial education webinars and seminars to meet community needs.• Educate individuals and families on how to budget, save money, build their credit scores, and fraud prevention measures.• Partner with community bankers on how to educate their local communities through ideas, planning and using the financial education tools provided.• Ensure the bankers are presenting for and volunteering at organizations and schools in low-to-moderate income areas.• Manage and help execute all efforts for our internal financial education program, in all Texas markets. Program is designed to host multiple middle schools, to motivate and encourage students by providing them with access to inspiring business leaders and open discussions about pathways to their success.
