Prepare incisive business cases with detailed proposals & analysis to help decision-making by group executives (MD, CXOs)• Driving effective new product launches and strategic product & solutions roadmaps in collaboration with the SBUs – prepare strategy, plan, communicate and execute the same with minimum scrap and seamless customer experience.• Articulate a product roadmap in line with the product vision, managing and ensuring the programs’ scope is well articulated and remains true to the vision, and roadmap of the product throughout the program journey. • Regularly updating Decision makers/stakeholders on SWOT & PESTEL/STEER (Socio-cultural, Technological, Economic, Ecological, and Regulatory), align strategy and product roadmaps. Ensure products & services offered are delivered for a better competitive position in each market.
