Perform PESTEL/STEER analysis for product and systems portfolio area. Analyze the product’s competitive & gross margin performance regularly. Ensuring achievement of the business objectives, aligning roadmaps (by course & fine corrective actions) to achieve strategic goals • Understanding customers’ problems and developing value propositions to address intrinsic and stated needs. Ensure products & services offered are delivered for a better competitive position in each market.
