About Adam Blake
First and foremost I\'m a serial entrepreneur and company builder.I\'ve been in the software industry for over 15 years (after 10 years in clean tech and consumer electronics) where I kicked off my experience by working at HubSpot during its early days.I then co-founded a marketing automation company (ThriveHive) in 2011 that helped small business owners grow their businesses with better marketing. We were acquired by Gannett (NYSE:GCI) and scaled the business post acquisition to $100M/year in revenue.Next I co-founded Telescoped to fix the completely broken global market for engineering talent. Our mission is \"The Pursuit of Opportunity and Purpose for the Talented People of the World\". We\'re using AI recruiting connected to a unique trust network to solve the problem.In addition to my full time job at Telescoped I love to help entrepreneurs have an impact with their own startups. I teach Entrepreneurial Sales (course 15.387) at MIT and advise and teach GTM, fundraising strategy, and anything else that has to do with company building to entrepreneurs all over the world.
