I collaborate with backend and tableau teams to visualize key performance indicators and ensure data quality rules are maintained. Additionally, I manage end-to-end data flow and maintain Reusable Data Objects (RDO) for various KPIs globally.• Worked on global \"Assets under management\"(AUM) RDO with installed base team• Partnered with SE EcoStruxure businesses to automate the collection of business and asset data fields for IoT/digital offers (AUM)• Developed end-to-end automated data flows from offer systems to RDL of IntelDS (data lake) utilizing technologies such as SFTP, APIs, and SharePoint (Informatica ingestions)• Led the implementation of business logic, defined UDL specifications, and performed data modeling to ensure alignment with business reporting• Managed and enhanced the \"Customer Voice RDO\" in collaboration with the CS & Q team to elevate customer insights• Spearheaded enhancements to the Customer Voice RDO and improved calculation logic for Global NSS on the dashboard, achieving 100% alignment with the source platform and ensuring accurate and reliable reporting• Worked on refining and developing the ETL process for KPI calculations on the eCommerce dashboard• Conducted simulations and modeling to forecast potential impacts of business decisions, providing insights that guided strategic planning.• Developed comprehensive product requirements documents to clearly outline project objectives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technical teams• Utilized JIRA for project management, tracking tasks, and managing workflows effectively, which enhanced transparency and accountability within the team• Led User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to validate solutions against business requirements, ensuring that deliverables met stakeholder expectations and quality standards
