As a Human Resources Associate at Tokio Marine HCC-Surety Group, I support the HR team in delivering effective and efficient HR services to the organization. I assist with onboarding, payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. I also collaborate with managers and employees to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. With a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Ottawa University, I have the skills and knowledge to contribute to the strategic direction and objectives of the HR function. Additionally, I have over 4 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I help clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals. I am passionate about promoting a healthy and positive work environment, where diversity, inclusion, and respect are valued.
