I am a passionate Customer Success Manager at UPGRD®, a company that helps elite, high-earning individuals upgrade their mental operating system to become masters of their own internal and external realities. UPGRD® empowers individuals to achieve their full potential and create positive impact in the world while providing what\'s needed to produce stress reduction, mental performance enhancement, sleep optimization, habit modification, and emotional detox. With the help of innovative linguistics, we alter internal visual, auditory, and kinesthetic representations of reality, transforming beliefs, values, and identity. My journey into UPGRD® began earlier this year after meeting the founder William Lam, and experiencing a 180 degree shift of my internal reality. The shift occurred when William addressed the root cause of my limitations: mental programming that no longer served me. I then joined UPGRD® without hesitation and have been experiencing a transformative lifestyle ever since. As a recent entrepreneur and business owner with 9+ years of previous experience in the finance industry, I now experience motivation and joy like never before because I have the power to create and influence my own reality. I share the unique vision of UPGRD® to upgrade humanity, starting with an upgrade to humanity\'s internal operating system, and then naturally upgrade their life.
