Our agents have the opportunity to offer sales, leasing, and property management services to our clients. This concept is ideal for slow selling markets like the one we have right now, because it gives agents more tools to work with to make money. Sellers that are unable to sell need alternatives, and 3 Options Realty provides them. We can lease and then manage their home until the market returns, all the while building a credible business relationship with them with the vision that they will hire us to help them sell when the market does return. Unlike typical property management companies, our leasing agents do not forfeit their efforts to a staff that does not share their same degree of customer service ethic.
