I’m a founder, operator, and builder working at the intersection of restoration, technology, building science, and human performance. My career has been shaped by one core belief: the property and damage-restoration ecosystem deserves more transparency, more accountability, and far better tools.Today I’m leading companies that push that vision forward: Kahi – an IoT, automation, and monitoring platform helping contractors and insurers track assets, monitor drying jobs, and make defensible, data-driven decisions with clean, immutable field data. Struxa – a building science and damage-investigation firm specializing in moisture mapping, environmental testing, drying-plan design, jobsite QC, and high-accuracy assessments across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural environments. Master the Disaster & Uncommon Restorer – a growing content and training ecosystem designed to elevate standards across the restoration industry through practical education, thought leadership, and real-world insights. Across all of my work, the mission stays consistent: Use technology, data, and disciplined leadership to modernize an industry that supports families, businesses, and communities at their most vulnerable moments. Today, Kahi supports restoration firms across North America & Australia with asset tracking, fleet telematics, job monitoring, reporting, and analytics.
