I love practicing personal injury trial law! I handle car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death and civil rights cases. I am passionate about every part of what I do. I love the excitement of getting the call from a new client! I love preparing the case, doing legal research, writing briefs and taking depositions. One of my favorite parts of practicing personal injury law is negotiating settlements with insurance adjusters and other lawyers. I am a straight shooter and I put my cards on the table. If we can get the case settled, great. If not, I\'ll see you in the courtroom! What I love most of all is going to trial. After all these years in the courtroom, it is still a thrill! I still get butterflies before I stand in front of a jury. Jury selection and cross-examination of experts are my two favorite parts of the trial.
