I’m the Associate Director of Corporate Services and previously served as an Executive Advisor to our CFO. Much of my work centers on strategy and helping connect big-picture goals to practical execution.My background is rooted in corporate compliance, entity management, and board governance, but what drives me most is building structure and clarity so leaders can make better decisions. I enjoy working across teams to simplify complex issues, strengthen governance, and ensure organizations not only meet their obligations but thrive because of them.I’m passionate about collaboration—whether that’s partnering with leadership to align governance with strategy, supporting the board, or bringing together teams to solve problems and find opportunities for improvement.Outside of my day-to-day role, I care deeply about advancing women in the workplace. As the founding chair of a women’s Employee Resource Group, I’ve worked to create space for women’s voices, champion career development, and tackle workplace barriers head-on.At the end of the day, I see my role as connecting people, processes, and purpose—helping organizations grow responsibly while empowering individuals along the way.Always open to conversations around legal operations, governance, strategy, and career development!
