I have spent the last 20 plus years in manufacturing with a focus on automation and controls. Along the way, I have worked across customer service, sales, quoting, production, supervision, and management. I started as a service technician, and I have continued to grow by staying curious, taking ownership, and doing what it takes to deliver results.I am hardworking, adaptable, and practical. I am not above any job, and I am at my best when there is a real problem to solve. I enjoy troubleshooting, simplifying complex systems, and helping teams run with less downtime and less frustration. I also enjoy sharing what I know and learning from others, because strong teams win when everyone is aligned and supported.I am finishing my BA in Operations and Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University. My goal is to pair that education with my experience to drive better planning, clearer scope, stronger execution, and results that help the business grow.
