I’ve always been addicted to enterprise improvement through a realization of optimum organizational efficiency. After all, an efficient and effective organization can be a catalyst of both inspiration and profit. My favorite aspect of this work is providing insight and comprehension to the daunting and complex array of products and regulations in the trust, fiduciary and investment industry.I’m fascinated, always have been, by cultures, traditions, and the need for strong inter-personal skills in business. I’m inspired by visionaries who see what others don’t, collaborators who recognize and mobilize talent, and story tellers that can make the complicated seem simple.
